It sometimes happens that your business arises from your own dissatisfaction. You have a problem, and you can not find anyone to give you the solution you are looking for. Guess what? You create your own one! :)

The Headway Coaching Group started as an NLP and coaching practice group.

After completing my coaching certification program, I could not find a place to continue practicing and growing professionally as a coach. How am I going to get better if I do not have coaching clients? At least not yet! How can I get accredited if I do not have clients? How can I maintain my motivation and get support?

I had tons of questions and neither answers nor solutions, so I organized a practice group from our school's alumni and for a year we practiced in central London, England, meeting regularly. A year later, when I returned to Switzerland, I moved all the group's activities online. The Headway Coaching Group was born.

A few years later, after talking to hundreds of coaches, I realised that 99% of certified coaches barely know how to build their business and run it successfully. With more than 20 years of experience (now it's about 35 years) in starting my own businesses, I added HCBS - Headway Coaching Business School to our services.

After seven years, I came to a different realisation: instead of teaching coaches who come from other schools and therefore often have very weak basic coaching skills, I should invest time and energy in developing a proper certification programme. Since 2018, we have been training coaches at the PCC ICF (Professional Certified Coach) level and are very proud of the quality of the training and the support we provide to our graduates.

Now, after 15 years of organic growth and development of our services, we now have the full package: from zero to hero! :) In other words, we have it all! Just take a look at some of the testimonials about the different HCG services below.
