In this section, I am supposed to talk about myself, my "accomplishments" and/or my company. This is always a bit difficult for me.

Even if I have formal accomplishments: Credentials, Certificates, and Degrees, I believe my most important credential is my work experience, passion, and attitude. I have thousands of hours (currently more than 8,000) working with my coaching clients, decades of experience as a trainer and evaluator of coaching skills, three decades of experience in business development, starting my own businesses in 5 different industries and 5 different countries. In other words, I value practice and real work experience more than theory and formal credentials. That's what I rely on the most when providing value to my clients.

I hope what I said earlier is enough to convince you that as a coaching industry insider, I can help you make better decisions when it comes to choosing your coach training. For those of you who want to know more, I'll provide some more bio details below.

I grew up in Ukraine, in the Donbass region, where the main military clashes between Russia and Ukraine are currently taking place. The rest of my family is still there.

After school, I chose physics as my major. I moved to Moscow and spent 9 years at Moscow State University, where I studied theoretical nuclear physics. For a while I worked in a nuclear research centre and taught quantum mechanics at Moscow University, but after the collapse of the Soviet Union I decided to change my career and started my own company.

My entrepreneurial journey includes 7 years in manufacturing and international trade (Sweden), 8 years in marketing and sales (Brazil), 15 years in stock trading and financial services (Switzerland). After 2005 my business focus shifted to coaching and training. In 2007 I started the Headway Coaching Group as a practice and coaching business development platform for certified professional coaches.

I have obtained the highest qualification in training (Master Trainer ATD in 2013) and in coaching (MCC ICF - Master Certified Coach in 2018). I have been teaching coaching and also working as an ICF assessor and mentor for coaches for more than a decade.
